As we hold the Memorial Day holiday where it lives in the world and in us, we have the opportunity to recognize and reflect on the affects of war and service to our country. During my lifetime and the lifetimes before us, young men, and now women have put themselves in the line of fire facing the ultimate sacrifice. Every year we pause to acknowledge and celebrate their service, and sadly their deaths.
God bless those who have given up so much for us, and the families that every day remember their loss.
