The world is so polarized right now that I find it hard to open up dialogues about my views on events affecting and infiltrating our daily lives (yet I continue to try). Obviously, we have differences of opinion, obviously, we have different ways of thinking, and obviously, we’re not very good listeners, or maybe we’re just not wired the same. It’s a lot like the disagreement around the color of “The Dress” is it green or blue?, or the the disagreement around the sound being “Yanni or Laurel”. Some of our struggle is because of our wiring and how our senses record and decipher data. Some of our struggle is because of our past and our history’s affect on our lives. Yet, most of our struggle is our inability to process these differences, our ability to change and adapt to new normals, and the need to feel or be right.
So where do we go from here? Well, let’s continue to try!! Giddy-up
