Today I had the pleasure of seeing a good friend of many years. She made the effort of finding me out to ask me how I was doing. While we do not personally have the opportunity to check in on a regular basis, I was moved by her taking the effort to say hello. After moments of sharing and connecting I said goodbye as we re-entered our previous activity. It would be a lie to suggest to you that it didn’t move me, in fact it made my day. She brought love, light and joy to my day, she was a gift to me in a simple, honest and authentic way, she cared. If we could somehow bottle this moment, this effort, we could make a difference in this world. She did for me!! Giddy-up!!
